REGISTER to join our upcoming workshop!

TOPIC: Courageous Conversations: A Racial Equity Journey

WHEN: Tuesday, February 20, from 1-2:30 PM, EST.

WHERE: Zoom

SESSION DESCRIPTION: This free interactive session will foster open dialogue, understanding, and collaboration, creating a space where participants can engage in meaningful discussions about race.

Led by We-Collab, this training will go beyond surface-level discussions, providing tools and frameworks to navigate sensitive topics with empathy and awareness. Explore the complexities of racial dynamics and challenge preconceptions.

At the end of the discussion, our goal is to equip attendees with the tools to build bridges of understanding, break down barriers, and cultivate a culture of respect and empathy.

All are welcome to join this virtual session.

John Rex Endowment will be offering a variety of racial equity learning opportunities (in-person and online) throughout the year – including affinity groups for leaders who identify as white, Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and/or other People of Color. Please stay tuned for more information.
