The stories and assumptions we hear again and again shape how we understand people and communities, what we believe is possible, and the solutions we pursue.

Join us for an interactive Lunch & Learn exploring narrative change and its connection to systems thinking.

Building on our previous systems thinking conversations, we’ll go a layer deeper to examine the stories underneath the systems around us. Through practical examples, reflection, and conversation, participants will explore how telling a fuller, richer story can help us understand people, systems, and possibility in new ways.

We’ll also share how JRE is beginning to apply narrative change through our own Narrative North Star, a learning and practice framework guiding our organization. It is not a new expectation for grant-funded partners or a new funding criterion.

Lunch and networking will begin at 11:30 AM, followed by the facilitated session from 12:00–1:30 PM.
