Room Use Guidelines

We’ve established the following guidelines to ensure a positive experience in our meeting space.

  • Meeting rooms are available Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. for business purposes only. Please factor setup and take down time into your reservation request.
    • The space is not available in the evenings, on weekends or holidays.
    • Rooms are not for parties or celebratory events.
  • You must designate someone as the organizer who is onsite for the complete duration of the reservation.
    • The organizer is accountable for ensuring meeting participants find the proper meeting room and use the space in accordance with the guidelines. Endowment staff should not be answering doorbells or ushering in guests of the community organization.
    • When meetings involve youth, the organizer must be a responsible adult over the age of 21.
  • The Endowment does not provide printing, copying, faxing, or administrative services.

Please note that the meeting spaces are within an office environment. Please be conscientious of noise and leave the room as it was found. Staff are available onsite to assist with setting up the TV monitor and virtual meeting equipment. If anything is damaged or breaks during your event, please let a staff member know. The Endowment is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property belonging to the organization or the meeting participants.
