Are you a community partner in need of a place to meet? John Rex Endowment (JRE) has rooms available at our Raleigh office at no cost for Wake County nonprofits whose work complements our mission: to strengthen organizations that center racial equity and justice to improve the social emotional health of children living in Wake County.
This includes:
- Current and past grantees
- Board members
- JRE staff
- Wake County 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations
Available Rooms
Lobby Area
The lobby area is located on the first floor.
Amenities:
- Four upholstered chairs
- One upholstered loveseat
- One round coffee table
- Easel stand, easel pads and markers are available upon request
- Wheelchair accessible
- Public Wi-Fi available
The Workroom
The workroom is located on the first floor.
Amenities:
- One rectangular table
- Six adjustable rolling chairs
- One wall-mounted whiteboard with markers
- Easel stand, easel pads and markers are available upon request
- Wheelchair accessible
- Public Wi-Fi available
- Doors can be closed for privacy
First Floor Conference Room
Amenities:
- Six modular tables
- Fourteen adjustable rolling chairs
- One wall-mounted TV monitor with soundbar, tabletop microphone and webcam
- Easel stand, easel pad and markers are available upon request
- Wheelchair accessible
- Public Wi-Fi available
- Doors can be closed for privacy
Second Floor Conference Room
Amenities:
- One conference table
- Fourteen adjustable rolling chairs
- Five stationary office chairs
- One wall-mounted TV monitor display with soundbar and web camera
- The conference table is wired with electrical outlets at each end
- Easel stand, easel pads and markers are available upon request
- Public Wi-Fi available
- Doors can be closed for privacy

Bonus Room
The bonus room is located on the second floor.

- One upholstered couch
- One circular worktable
- Four adjustable rolling chairs
- Easel stand, easel pads and markers are available upon request

How It Works
- Meeting spaces are available and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Rooms must be booked at least one week in advance.
- Rebekah Appleton, Operations Facilitator, will get back to you via email about availability and to confirm booking.
