“We are thrilled to have Krystin join us in this new role for the Endowment that will allow us to continue our emphasis on operational and financial excellence—grounded in racial equity,” says Kellan Moore, John Rex Endowment president and CEO. “Krystin will work with the board on the Endowment’s investments and lead through the complexities of choices as we explore how to align our capital with our mission and values. Her work for a nonprofit CDFI (Community Development Financial Institutions) as well as two other foundations makes her uniquely qualified to lead this next phase of our work.”
A note from Krystin:
I am excited to join the John Rex Endowment and get back to my foundation roots. I am thrilled with the direction that the organization is going with its commitment to racial equity in Wake County. I look forward to being a part of this team and being a part of the positive impact that this group will have in our community. I hope that my experiences serve the organization well!
